COVID Safety

Ecommerce Experience Evolution follows CDC and local regulations that may require masking, social distancing, or other limitations. Final requirements for onsite attendance will be communicated before the start of the conference.

Vaccination / Testing

Ecommerce Experience Evolution will require proof of vaccination OR a lab-confirmed negative result from a COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72 hours of entry to attend (PCR or Rapid Test).

Mask Coverings

Any attendees who are NOT vaccinated MUST wear a mask while at the event.

Cleaning / Disinfection

Hand sanitizing stations will be visibly marked with signage and provided throughout the conference area. High-touch points and communal areas will be disinfected regularly by venue staff throughout the day. Pre-set items such as pens and pads and communal sharing vessels will be eliminated, including candy dishes and water pitchers.

Social Distancing

Wherever possible, larger spaces have been secured to ensure that distancing can be applied during presentations, one-on-one meetings, and banqueting functions for the comfort and safety of all attendees.

Meal Service

Food items will be served in packaged or individual servings.

Presenters

Stage, lectern, and microphones will be disinfected after each session.

All Attendees and Staff Should:

Not enter the event if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms; promptly notify event and venue staff if they begin experiencing symptoms at any time during the event, and follow the health and safety protocols as directed.
Wash hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds and/or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Refrain from hugging, handshaking, etc.
Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouths with unwashed hands.
Engage in additional responsible health and safety practices, on and off of the event grounds.
